Wow, busy times indeed. We have finally made the decision to open a FineArt Photo Gallery here in Shanghai. We have found a great location in an old-style Shanghai town house in downtown Puxi and are now doing some renovation work. The gallery will be open in August 2008 but until then there are still a million things to do.
As it turns out it is next to impossible to find framing and mounting material here in China that is up to museum and archival standards. That means a lot of extra trouble and lots of imports from Europe and the US. Well, always concentrate on the way 
I guess I’ll write more often in the coming months with updates on the gallery and the artist we will represent. So far for now…
